Founded in 1991, Nichols Contracting is one of the DMV's premier commercial construction companies specializing in the development, construction and ownership of quality, projects located in Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia.  Our core business is in the niche market of elevator modernization work.  Our biggest clients include Kone, Otis, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp, and Elcon Enterprises.   Our commercial construction projects include a diverse range of property types.
