Robert Soper is currently the Vice President of Field Operations at Nichols Contracting Inc., a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Soper served as a General Superintendent at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. from 2017 to 2025 and held several superintendent roles at various companies including Bond Brothers, Grunley Construction, Cranshaw Construction, John Moriarity, and The MacMillin Company. Soper earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology, completing the degree in 1988, and previously studied Business Administration at the University of Maine from 1983 to 1984.
