Zach(ary) Augustine has worked in the industry for over 25 years, beginning their career in 1995 as Visual Director at Diesel. In 1996, they moved to Polo Jeans Co Ralph Lauren, where they served as VP Creative Services. In 2001, Augustine took on the role of VP Global Creative Director at Nautica. ᴢᴀᴄʜ(ᴀʀʏ) then joined Levi Strauss & Co. in 2002 as Retail Creative Director, and Winston Retail in 2004 as Chief Creative Officer. In 2011, Augustine returned to Nike as Global Creative Director DTC Experience Design. ᴢᴀᴄʜ(ᴀʀʏ) then moved to Coach in 2013, where they served as EVP Global Experience. In 2021, Augustine began working at MAC Cosmetics as VP Global Brand, Image & Experience. Most recently, they were appointed Chief Brand Officer at Nickey Kehoe in 2022.

Zachary Augustine began their education in 1984 at Papillion La-Vista High School, where they attended until 1987. ᴢᴀᴄʜ(ᴀʀʏ) then attended the University of New Mexico for one year before transferring to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied Photography from 1988 to 1991.
