Surendra Alloys has accumulated relevant experience through various roles. Currently, Surendra is engaged in a summer internship at Value Budget Housing Corporation, focusing on time motion analysis related to western formwork, marking a pioneering effort in India since April 2011. Additionally, Surendra serves as a feasibility analyzer at the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, pursuing postgraduate studies in Pune since June 2010. Earlier academic efforts include enrollment as a student at the School of Planning and Architecture in Hyderabad, where Surendra has been studying since May 2005.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH (NICMAR), established over thirty one years ago by the Indian Construction Industry, is India's leader Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and Project Management (CRIP).
