Founded in 2014, Nicolas Van Patrick was formed with a vision to be able to offer our clients the utmost in service coupled with unparalleled market knowledge with a view to achieving the best possible results. Since opening our doors seven years ago we have managed to grow organically and this has been bolstered further by our acquisition of Hobart Slater’s business and premises - in doing so, we have added one of London’s most established property brands.

Nicolas Van Patrick is a boutique estate agency in the heart of Knightsbridge. Founded by Nicolas Pejacsevich and Patrick Alvarado - who have 35 years of experience within the property industry and speak five languages between them. NVP covers all aspects of agency throughout Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea, Belgravia and Mayfair. Based in London’s most exclusive residential and retail district, NVP are ideally placed to help you with all your property needs and aim to offer the ultimate personalised service.
