Who are we?

We are Nicosys, a young but fast-growing company based in Japan.

What do we do?

We mainly do systems development and IT consulting.

Why do we do it?

IT technology has changed the world.
Things that were deemed impossible are becoming steadily more possible.
We here at Nicosys believe in the possibilities of IT.
Our vision is to to bring a smile to the world through IT innovation.

How do we do it?

We believe that all good things start from within!

By inspiring and motivating our employees, we create an environment in which great ideas can happen.
Happy employees fully invested in their jobs and committed to their employer — are significantly more productive, drive higher customer satisfaction and outperform those who are less engaged.

We as a company are but a reflection of its employees.
Only when these values and beliefs are actually managed, can we create great products and do good business.

People don't just buy what you do; but why you do it.

What is our mission?

We strive to grow our business with the same honesty and integrity we use to create our products, whilst bringing a smile to people's faces.
