James Rodgers is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in various educational settings. Currently serving as a Regional Recruiter for the Network of International Christian Schools since August 2019, James previously held multiple roles as Assistant Principal at Willow Springs Middle School, New Visions Charter High School for Advanced Math and Science, and Travis Science Academy. Responsibilities included student discipline, professional development, teacher observation, and program organization. James's teaching experience encompasses roles as a Teacher of Record at Baylor University and a High School Social Studies Teacher at KIPP NYC and Connally ISD. James holds a Doctor of Education degree from Baylor University, as well as a Master of Education from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University.
