James's teaching experience encompasses roles as a Teacher of Record at Baylor University and a High School Social Studies Teacher at KIPP NYC and Connally ISD. Since 1983 the Network of International Christian Schools has provided a quality, American-style education to students from over 100 nations. NICS schools integrate Biblical truth and Christian values throughout the curriculum and school programs. NICS schools vary from under a 100 students to over 1000 and are located in 13 different countries. The mission of NICS is to establish a worldwide network of international Christian schools staffed by qualified Christian educators, instilling in each student a Biblical world-view in an environment of academic excellence and respect for people of all cultures and religions. NICS operates 15 schools in North America, Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia.
