Andy Richardson

Andy Richardson is currently a Principal Engineer at Nidec Power, overseeing the implementation of new standard work formats and conducting time study analyses. Andy previously worked at Nidec Leroy-Somer as an Industrial Engineer after its acquisition from Emerson. Prior to that, they held various management roles at Toyota Boshoku America, where they managed process engineering and plant operations, and at Johnson Controls, where they were a Quality Engineering Manager. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Bethel College in Tennessee.
