With a unique background as a former professional skateboarder, Bas brings a blend of discipline, creativity, and resilience to their role, which involves optimizing key account relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth. Previously, they held various positions including EMEA Sales & Marketing Director and Key Account Manager at Converse, and have experience managing sales and marketing across multiple brands in the action sports sector. Bas's career is marked by a commitment to building strong partnerships and creating long-term business value. They studied Entrepreneurship and Retail Management at ROC Leiderdorp from 1998 to 2001.
