Mitchell Leap

Mitchell Leap has extensive experience in both construction estimation and sports officiating. Since July 2015, Mitchell has served as an Estimator at Nielsen Builders, Inc. and has been actively involved as a referee for college soccer and basketball with the NCAA since August 2013. Additional refereeing roles include long-standing positions with the Shenandoah Basketball Officials Association and the Shenandoah Soccer Officials Association, dating back to 2010 and 2009, respectively. Prior to these roles, Mitchell worked as a Substitute Teacher at Rockingham County Schools from January 2013 to May 2015, covering various elementary schools. Educationally, Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Eastern Mennonite University, earned in 2012.
