Florian Hoffmann

Florian Hoffmann is a Senior Process Manager at NielsenIQ, where they focus on the continuous improvement and optimization of coding tools. Previously, they held various roles at GfK, including End 2 End Process Manager and Global Masterdata Governance Deputy Lead, where they managed international teams and contributed to significant software projects. Florian began their career with an apprenticeship in customer service at Spectrum Buchservice, later gaining experience in data preparation and administration. They are also a Certified Scrum Product Owner, having completed their certification in 2019.
