Nieuw Marlot Multisport & Business Center is a historic national monument nestled in a green oasis, surrounded by 16th-century fruit walls. Originally opened in 1927 as Tennispark Marlot, it has long been a cherished destination for tennis enthusiasts.

In 2022, a large-scale renovation began to transform the site into a modern multisport destination. The upgraded facilities include 4 indoor and 4 outdoor red panoramic padel courts, 7 outdoor tennis courts, an AI Gym, a completely renovated restaurant, and a new business center with meeting rooms.

Padel will officially open in April 2025, with the restaurant and AI Gym following shortly after. Later in the year, the business center will open its doors, offering inspiring meeting and networking spaces.

Combining historic charm with state-of-the-art facilities, Nieuw Marlot is the ultimate destination for sports, relaxation, and professional connections, all in a tranquil, green environment.
