David Young is an experienced infrastructure partner who has a demonstrated history in information systems management, public network operations, and public-private partnerships. They served as Chief Information Officer for the City of Lincoln from 2019 to 2022 and as CEO of David Young and Associates INC from 2012 to 2022. They were the Vice-chairman of the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee at the Federal Communications Commission from 2018 to 2022, and held roles in various organizations, including Treasurer for the Board of Directors at Osni Ponca LLC and Ponca Economic Development.
