Manus Jamison has extensive experience in both emergency services and culinary arts. Since March 2018, Manus has served as a firefighter at NIFRS, demonstrating commitment to public safety and emergency response. Prior to this role, Manus worked as a chef at Londonderry Arms Hotel from June 1998 to March 2018, showcasing culinary expertise. Educationally, Manus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the University of Ulster, completed between 2001 and 2008, and has attended various institutions including North Eastern Institute and N.I.H.C.C., along with completing secondary education at St Aloysius High School from 1991 to 1995.
