Bob MacLeod

Bob MacLeod is the current VP of People at Nift. Before that, they were the founder and President of ZyMac Incorporated from January 1989 to December 2017. Bob is also a serial entrepreneur, having founded and co-founded several companies in addition to ZyMac. These include EDA Plus, a consulting services company, and Cimaron Communication Corporation, a fabless semiconductor company which was acquired by Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC). Bob was also the co-founder and VP of Sales and Marketing for Integrated Communication Corporation, another fabless semiconductor company. Bob is now a private investor and advisor to several high tech companies, both private and public. Bob has been instrumental in building management teams for early stage technology companies, many of which have gone on to successful IPO, merger, or acquisition. Bob has been in the search and recruiting profession since 1981.
