Juan Rocha

Juan Rocha is the current Account Management Team Lead at Nift. Prior to this, they were with Structura Inc. from August 2017 to January 2018 where they were an Assistant Superintendent. In this role, they helped coordinate sub-contractors at jobsite, assisted with project controls, as well as budgeting and scheduling, and coordinated with different trades to optimize building construction on the field.

Their manager is Elery Pfeffer, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Mike Garland - VP Account Management, Danny Hansen - Account Executive, and Kathryn Maguire - Founding Team Member, VP Business Development.
