Tripp Mansfield

Tripp Mansfield is the Talent Lead at Nift. Tripp has over four years of experience in talent acquisition and account management.

Tripp started their career as an Account Executive and Account Manager at The Experts Bench (teb). Tripp was with the company for a year before moving on to Artech Information Systems, where they spent two years as an Account Manager.

In October 2020, Tripp joined Ascendum Solutions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Tripp was with the company for 10 months before joining Nift in August 2021.

At Ascendum Solutions, Tripp was responsible for sourcing talented and diverse candidates through creative methods of mining the internet, on-line databases, social media, employee referrals and networking events. Tripp also managed scheduling and logistics for all interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including candidate travel arrangements.

Tripp has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Tripp Mansfield's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Art Theirtory, Criticism and Conservation from Colgate University, as well as a UI/UX Bootcamp certification from Springboard. Tripp has also completed a Data-Analysis Fundamentals with Excel course from Lynda.com, and has a certification in First Aid/CPR from Emergency University.

Tripp Mansfield reports to Elery Pfeffer, Founder & CEO. Tripp Mansfield works with Danielle Gordon - Senior Full Stack Engineer, Ami Levy Moonshine - Founding Team Member, N.T. & Senior Data Scientist, and Kelly Mammoser - Director of Account Management.
