Currently serving as Director at Nigel Wright Group, Ben has been responsible for P&L management and recruitment at senior levels, including MD/CEO and NED/Chair positions. Prior to this, Ben held roles as Associate Director and Managing Consultant, specializing in sales and marketing recruitment. With a background in Geography from Durham University, Ben's expertise lies in developing and leading recruitment teams to success.
