Katrin Malzkorn is the Associate Director and Group Practice Leader for Fashion & Lifestyle at Nigel Wright Group, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. With over 15 years of experience in business-critical and executive search, Katrin specializes in placing senior roles within the fashion, beauty, and interior sectors on both regional and global scales. Previously, they served as Deputy Managing Director at a headhunting consultancy focused on fashion and lifestyle and held roles as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at Nigel Wright Group. Katrin holds a Diplom-Kauffrau in Business Administration from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf and continues education at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
