Krysta Morley is a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in account management across various sectors, including SaaS and B2B marketing. Currently with Nightfall AI since November 2022, Krysta manages a diverse portfolio of accounts and provides strategic guidance for growth. Previously, Krysta worked at Folloze, where foundational Customer Success processes were created for the OEM business, and also managed Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts. Krysta's earlier roles include managing a multi-million dollar portfolio at PaySimple and supporting clients at CommercialTribe to enhance platform engagement and resolve technical issues. Krysta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pacific Lutheran University and has international experience from the University of Glasgow.
