Founded in 2017, Nightmarket Games is a game studio based in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. We’re a team of developers who are here to make our mark on the industry, create successful games with top brands and original IPs, and have fun doing it!

We value our culture of Caring, Collaboration, Creativity, Growth, and Diversity.

Everyone deserves support.
We have a strong commitment to work-life balance, and we offer a great benefits plan. We have frequent discussions about mental health and ensure our culture encourages open discussions about how to provide support.

Everyone has a voice.
All voices are welcomed and celebrated! Regardless of your role or seniority, you have the freedom to pitch ideas and provide feedback.

Everyone loves to have fun.
Have a neat hobby you’d like to share with your co-workers? On Fridays we hold team bonding activities. We also hold pitch and game jams to give everyone an opportunity to be creative.

Everyone deserves to grow.
We encourage personal growth and provide a weekly timeslot for everyone to work on learning new skills. We support your growth with cross-training, online courses, books, and materials.

Everyone matters.
We emphasize inclusion, diversity, and belonging. Our employees represent a broad spectrum of intersectional identities and we believe this diversity helps us become better members of society, make better business decisions, and make products that resonate with more people.
