Andy O' Connor

Andy O'Connor has worked in the sales and marketing industry since 1990. Andy began their career as UK Sales Manager at UK Safety (TUF), where they led teams for a £29m global division and designed and implemented a new footwear range for Industrial (Oil, Gas)/Chemical &Military markets. Andy also created bespoke uniform solutions for corporate clients and increased sales by 150%, securing multinational blue-chip client accounts. In 2004, they moved to Future Garments Ltd (T/A Eurox) as Sales Director. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Prabos Plus a.s. as Sales Director, where they spearhead specialist footwear sales and advanced business development, exceeding quota year on year. Andy also implemented and executed corporate sales strategy of new route to market, lead the development and implementation of segment growth strategy with particular focus on new business, and cultivated original equipment manufacturing service to penetrate new Military, Retail, Industrial, Oil, Rescue, Utility and Electrical sectors. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been Director of International Sales at Nightstick, a global brand of professional flashlights, headlamps and Intrinsically Safe lighting solutions.
