Beth Turgeon

Beth Turgeon is an experienced professional in operations and program management, currently serving as the Associate Director of IDIQ Operations Management at Nightwing since March 2024. Previously, Beth held multiple roles at Raytheon Technologies between August 2018 and March 2024, including Associate Director positions in IDIQ Operations Management and Technical Program Management, as well as a Technical Program Manager role. Earlier in the career, Beth worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at SEAFORD Consulting and as Project Manager III at BAE Systems, following a tenure as a Requirements Manager at SAIC. Beth earned an MBA from George Mason University's Costello College of Business and a BA in Political Science and Government from George Mason University.
