David Rees

David Rees, CISSP, currently serves as a Senior Manager, Agile Product Manager at Nightwing since April 2024. Previously, David held various leadership roles including Senior Manager System Engineering at Raytheon Technologies, where responsibilities included support for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and Security Operations Manager at the U.S. Small Business Administration. David’s experience also encompasses managing special IT projects for the Department of State, program management at Inmarsat Government, and consulting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and BearingPoint. David's military background includes serving as an officer in the USAF, where significant contributions were made to community support and readiness training during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. David holds an MBA from Georgetown University and multiple degrees including a Master of Science in Management of Secure Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Pen Testing & Ethical Hacking.
