John Dancy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and transformation leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at Nightwing since January 2024, Dancy previously held key positions, including Global Head of Customer Solutions and Engineering at Flexport and Global Director of Professional Services for AWS, where a significant contribution was made to the Public Sector Professional Services organization. Dancy has a strong background in IT management, having built customer-focused IT organizations at Perspecta and CSRA Inc, as well as revitalizing operations at SRA International.
