Matt Crowder is an experienced IT and cybersecurity professional with a robust background in service desk management, project leadership, and technology infrastructure. Currently serving as Deputy SysOps Service Desk Manager at Nightwing, Matt has previously held similar roles at Raytheon Technologies, where responsibilities included managing cyber security and risk management initiatives. With over 20 years of military service in the United States Air Force, including roles such as Quality Assurance Manager and Help Desk Supervisor, Matt has demonstrated expertise in managing technical support teams, enhancing service delivery, and implementing strategic IT solutions.
