Michael Koontz is an experienced professional in engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as Associate Director at Nightwing since April 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held prominent positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Director of Mission Technologies from February 2018 to April 2024, and various managerial and engineering roles at Raytheon Blackbird Technologies from September 2005 to February 2018.
