Michael Weldon currently serves as the Nightwing Labs Director at Nightwing since March 2024. Previously, Weldon held the position of RI&S Offensive Labs Director at Raytheon Intelligence & Space from December 2022 to March 2024, and prior to that, served as a Senior Manager and Program Manager at Raytheon Technologies from May 2021 to December 2022. Weldon has extensive experience in computer network defense and operations, having worked with the US Army in various roles, including Computer Network Defense Manager and Deputy Chief of the Remote Operations Center. Weldon's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
