In addition, Don Hicks has held the role of Contracts & Risk Manager at Multnomah Education Service District since 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing the agency's Contracts & Risk Management program, conducting training and internal auditing, managing insurance policies, and developing program strategies and contract administration procedures.
