Todd Slater, PhD, has extensive work experience in various senior executive and management roles. Todd most recently worked as the Chief Content Officer at NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement, where they were responsible for the organization's content management strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Program Director of the Technology Learning Center at The Nature Conservancy, where they developed and implemented eLearning solutions for staff members and conservationists globally. Additionally, Todd worked at PSCU Financial Services as the Director of Creative Media Services, where they oversaw eLearning and instructional design, employee communications, and marketing production. Throughout their career, Todd has achieved notable accomplishments, such as generating $5.1 million in annual content revenue and creating a comprehensive sales and negotiations course that contributed to the attainment of a $300 million sales goal.

Todd Slater, PhD, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Adult Education from Capella University, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed a Master's degree in Instructional Technology at the University of Central Florida. Todd's undergraduate education was at Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Telecommunications. In addition to their formal education, Todd has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. Todd received a certificate in Leadership Excellence from the Disney Institute in November 2019 and a certification in The Neuroscience of Learning from Lynda.com in June 2015.
