Our Industrial Park is comprised of 1.9MM f2 of land, connected by 3+ km of internal pathways, housing 30 customizable buildings ranging from 6,000 to 36,000 f2, perfectly suited for both manufacturing and service operations.

We are strategically located in the heart of the most important industrial zone in Dominican Republic - just 12 minutes from Rio Haina Port - which currently moves the majority of the trade volume between U.S.A. and D.R.

Our goal is to offer world-class tailored services so our tenants can focus on their core business while we take care of the park's ecosystem.

OUR PARK IS GROWING
Our new expansion project has a land of more than 230,000 mts2 in which we will build more than 15 industrial buildings equipped to meet the most demanding operational and logistical needs of our partners, thus becoming the most advanced production infrastructure in the Caribbean.
