Niio Dance is a home for embodied creative leadership — holding retreat spaces where presence deepens, creativity expands, and who you are becomes how you lead.

This is not performance.
Not surface-level dance.
Not like other personal development.

It is work at the level of presence. To step out of the noise and back into your body wisdom.

Many of the people drawn here are capable, accomplished, and thoughtful. They lead teams, build practices, create meaningful work. And yet, they sense there is more of them ready — more depth in their voice, more aliveness in their work, more truth in how they relate and lead.

Our retreats are designed for that threshold.

Through Visionary Somatic Dance™, we integrate movement, nervous system intelligence, breathwork, and creative exploration — not as performance, but as integration.

The work unfolds through a clear arc:

Embody → Alchemise → Express.

We begin by grounding into the body’s intelligence — restoring internal support and steady presence.

We move into alchemising emotional and creative patterns — expanding capacity without force.

And we culminate in expression — where ideas, voice, and leadership become lived rather than performed.

This is identity-level work.

Participants often describe:

• Greater clarity in decisions
• Conversations that feel more honest and grounded
• Creative ideas moving into visible form
• Leadership that feels connected rather than isolated
• Energy returning where depletion once lived

When presence deepens, work gains momentum — and impact spreads.

British-born Chinese, Helene Su brings over 20 years of embodied study across the UK, Europe and Asia, an MA in Dance & Somatic Wellbeing, and registration with ISMETA. Her work bridges ancient wisdom and modern somatic science — grounded, intelligent, and deeply human.

If you are shaping meaningful work and sense you have outgrown the way you’ve been showing up, this is your space to expand and honour the gifts you have to share.
