Frederic Martin

Frederic Martin has extensive experience in operational management, particularly in the fields of cloud infrastructure and DevOps, serving as Manager Opérationnel at Niji since January 2006, overseeing a team of 40 consultants. Frederic has led service centers for notable clients such as Natran and Enedis, where responsibilities included client relations, resource management, operational performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include managing fiber optic deployment for SFR and holding several positions in validation and integration of telecommunications solutions, including at SFR and ORANGE. Frederic holds multiple degrees in Industrial Computing and Electronics from Pierre and Marie Curie University and is known for a strong focus on operational efficiency, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
