Alan Rojas

Alan Rojas is an Ethics & Compliance Controlling Manager with 9 years of international experience in compliance and auditing, having worked with Big4 firms and S&P 100 companies. Previously, Alan served as an Auditor at TNT and a Senior Auditor at FedEx, and currently holds the position of Internal Member of the Supervisory Board at Nike Retail Italy, B.V. In the present role as Ethics & Compliance Risk Management and Controls Manager EMEA at Nike, Alan oversees the Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, and Anti-Fraud program across EMEA. Alan's academic background includes a Master’s in Economics and Political Sciences and a Bachelor's in International Relations from the Università degli Studi di Milano, along with an exchange study at Peking University HSBC Business School. Alan is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian and is also a Radius-certified Employee Resource Group leader.
