Alida Draudt

Alida Draudt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, design strategy, and strategic foresight across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Advanced Athlete Concepts at Nike since January 2022, Alida has previously held senior roles such as Senior Director of Innovation and Design Strategy and Director of Global Design Strategy. As a co-founder of Strategic Foresight Partners, LLC, Alida works on forecasting and developing sustainable futures for organizations. With a background that includes adjunct professorships and speaking engagements at notable events like SXSW, Alida also combines design thinking with strategic foresight in various capacities, including roles at Capital One and the Army Cyber Institute. Alida holds an MBA in Strategic Foresight from California College of the Arts and a BA in Psychology and Visual Arts from Bowdoin College.
