Allison Mark Rotner

Allison Mark Rotner is the Transfer Pricing Director at NIKE, where they lead the Transfer Pricing Operations Center of Excellence, focusing on automation, technology, and process improvements in Operational Transfer Pricing. With over 15 years of experience in the field, they have a strong expertise in assessing risks, ensuring compliance, and influencing senior leadership. Prior to their current role, Allison held various positions at organizations including Microsoft, RSM US LLP, and the City of Bellevue. They earned a BA from the University of Washington and a MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University, where they are currently furthering their education.
