Barbara Sielecki

Barbara Sielecki is a current HR Operations Territory Lead at Nike, overseeing the transition into a new team structure following an internal HR reorganization. They previously held various roles in HR and talent management, including positions at KennedyFitch and METRO GROUP, where they contributed to projects focused on leadership development and employee engagement. Barbara obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Management from the International School of Management and a Master’s in Business Psychology & Change Management, graduating summa cum laude. Their extensive experience in HR consulting and operations has enabled them to effectively manage employee life cycle administration across multiple regions.
