Brian Fogarty

Brian has over 12 years of experience in the legal field, most notably as a partner at DLA Piper. Fogarty was instrumental in developing Nike's IP portfolio and protecting the company's brands around the world.

Brian Fogarty attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to attending law school, Brian Fogarty earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and History from Boston College.
