Bryan Kraft is an experienced engineering professional with a specialization in process engineering and a strong background in the footwear and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering at Nike since January 2013, Bryan oversees the visible zoom thermoforming process team. Previous roles include Manager of Process Engineering at Nike AirMI and Cushioning Innovation Manager, as well as a Molding Process Engineer at Kinetics, where custom MIM work was performed. Prior experience at Nypro involved serving as Senior Project Engineer, managing complex projects across medical and consumer sectors, and as a Process Engineer focusing on scientific process development. Bryan holds a degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Western Washington University.
