Bryan Picco is an Innovation Scientist at Nike Sport Research Lab, where they leverage their expertise in athlete insights, product design, and sport science to drive innovation. Previously, Bryan served as a Consultant Ergonomics Engineer at Humantech from 2012 to 2014, managing injury risk projects for multiple corporations. As a Lead Footwear Researcher at Nike from 2015 to 2022, they completed over 50 studies aimed at enhancing athletic performance and product differentiation. Bryan is currently pursuing degrees in Outdoor and Athletic Product Management and a Master's in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo.
