Carissa R.

Carissa R. has extensive experience in product design and development, particularly within the apparel industry. Carissa's career includes roles at Target from January 2006 to August 2008, where responsibilities spanned vendor management, technical design, and product development across various divisions including Newborn Infant Toddler and Ready-to-Wear. Following that, Carissa worked at lululemon from October 2017 to February 2019 as a Product Developer, focusing on knit textiles for accessories and leading end-to-end development processes for apparel. Most recently, Carissa served at Nike from December 2020 to July 2023 in multiple senior roles including Senior Technical Designer and Senior Strategic Developer, contributing to the Apparel Product Creation Center. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies with a focus on Textile Design and Product Development from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from Luther College.
