Carl Watson is the VP of Transformation, Organizational Strategy, and Culture at NIKE, Inc., where they lead enterprise transformation across Nike, Jordan, and Converse Brands. With extensive experience across various industries, Carl previously served as the Global Head of Organizational Development & Culture Activation at Microsoft, driving strategic shifts and culture initiatives. They have also held key leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and the Center for Organizational and Leadership Effectiveness. In addition to their professional roles, Carl is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at the Weatherhead School of Case Western Reserve University, focusing on challenges of organizational adaptation in dynamic environments.
