Carly Seneca

Carly Seneca has a diverse background in engineering and business, with significant experience in various roles across multiple companies. Carly began with internships at Basic Commerce & Industries, Inc. and The SI Organization, Inc. before pursuing a career with GKN Sinter Metals, where Carly worked as an Industrial Engineer and later as Value Stream and Project Manager. Carly also gained international exposure through the International Graduate Program at GKN Aerospace and GKN Land Systems. In 2021, Carly held the position of Materials Sourcing Manager at Nike after completing a Global Operations Graduate Internship. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina, specializing in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management.
