Cheryl Benson

Cheryl Benson is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering for North America Supply Chain at Nike since 2020, where responsibilities include leading teams focused on infrastructure, material handling equipment, and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Cheryl held various engineering management roles at Mary Kay Global from 2013 to 2019, overseeing significant capital projects and serving as a technical leader for manufacturing strategy. Cheryl's earlier experience includes positions at General Motors as a Process/Controls Engineer and at Heat and Control, Inc. as a Global Controls Engineer, where project management and technical support were key responsibilities. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Howard University and an MBA in Marketing from the SMU Cox School of Business.
