With over 17 years of experience in organizational change, Dimple has a proven track record of driving business and individual potential through cultural change and effective operating models. Previously, they served as the Head of Organisation Design at Home Retail Group PLC and as a Management Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in people and organizational change. Dimple earned a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from Brunel University.
