Dorie Amaya

Dorie Amaya is currently the Senior Manager of Global Workforce Management, where they collaborate with geo leaders and BPOs worldwide to ensure optimal staffing for contact centers. With a proven track record in forecasting contact volume across multiple channels, Dorie achieves an accuracy rate of 95%-105% in their reports. Their past experience includes serving as the National WFM Manager at Comcast Cable from 1996 to 2015, where they were responsible for long- and short-term forecasting. Dorie also held roles at NIKE INC, including Finance Master Data & Governance Manager, and obtained an education in Accounting and Business/Management from Portland Community College.
