Erwin Derksen is currently the Men’s Sport & Initiatives Brand Marketing Manager EMEA at Nike, where they focus on building long-term brand strategies and leading athlete-driven campaigns. With a background in brand management and marketing, Erwin has held various roles, including managing athlete lifestyle plans and overseeing budget allocations across multiple high-profile campaigns. They began their career as a Communications Trainee at the Richard Krajicek Foundation and have since worked with several organizations, including Urban Arrow and New Balance, while also serving as an Independent Professional Music Producer. Erwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Management from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and the Johan Cruyff Institute, respectively.
