Eve Gerson

Eve Gerson is currently a Lead Program Manager at Nike, having been promoted from Senior Program Manager. They have over six years of experience in training and development, including working on system implementation projects in the government sector and designing large-scale training programs for over 1,000 users. Previously, they served as a consultant for Fast Enterprises, where they developed training plans and managed a team of writers and consultants to enhance user engagement with software products. Eve's diverse background includes teaching English in Japan and Singapore, where they honed their cross-cultural communication skills. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Finance at the University of Washington.
