Florence Chou

Florence Chou is currently a Principal Innovator at Nike, where they lead cross-functional teams and streamline communications for complex programs. They previously held the position of Innovator II at Nike, where they delivered the Nike Adapt BB and developed Knit Posite technology. Florence’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through their establishment of a bespoke dress shoe brand and an e-commerce platform for shoemaking tools. They hold a Master of Arts in Shoe Making and a Master of Science in Biokinesiology, along with an ongoing Executive MBA from Tunghai University. Prior to their role in innovation, they worked as an Occupational Therapist at Far Eastern Memorial Hospital.
