Gabriella Smith

Gabriella Smith is an experienced Engineering Leader with a strong focus on product growth and safety performance. They have held significant positions at Boeing, including Manager of 787 Electrical Systems Design Engineering and Director roles at Nike, where they lead technical teams to innovate in footwear design. Gabriella was also a charter member and president of the National Society of Black Engineers during their early career. They earned a BS in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology and a MS in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
